Completion of the Sinjar–Basida Power Line Interconnection and Enhancement of Basida Substation Readiness in Rural Idlib

The Syrian Electricity Company continues work to complete the 66 kV electrical interconnection between the “Sinjar” and “Basida” substations in rural Idlib, following the completion of the line connection from Sinjar Substation to Basida Substation, alongside comprehensive rehabilitation works to enhance the substation’s operational readiness.

Preparations are also underway to extend the line from Basida toward Al-Bara, strengthening grid interconnection and supporting the stability and reliability of electricity supply in the area.
