First: Water Sector
Rehabilitation of the well in Al-Jabin village and the solar power system for the well in Al-Zakat village.
Completion of projects in 12 locations in Hama Governorate (Al-Tuwayni, Zayzun, Qalaat Al-Madiq, Al-Talisiya, Khattab, Karnaz, Al-Latamna, Kafr Zita, Al-Shumariya, Bari Sharqi, Al-Qantara).
Provision of drinking water to the villages of Deir Habash and Dahbash in Tartous.
Connecting the Bashbata and Al-Asabiya pumping stations to electricity lines exempt from rationing.
Projects in Aleppo: Rehabilitation of the drinking water pipeline from the disinfection station to Al-Nayrab Bridge + Kafr Halab, Miznaz, Yaqad, Al-Zarba, and Andan pumping stations.
Electrical and mechanical equipment for the Sahita pumping station and the Al-Dallafa/2 well in Quneitra (in cooperation with UNICEF).
Installation of electricity pylons to supply the Al-Dayatha 6 well in As-Suwayda. Water rationing exemption lines for the Al-Dahia and Al-Safouqia pumping stations in Daraa, plus drilling and rehabilitation of new wells.
Replacement of water networks in Al-Jalaa, Al-Tabni, and Deir ez-Zor.
Rehabilitation of the Al-Furat Giant, Al-Suwai’ia, Zughair Shamia, and Al-Duwair water pumping stations (Deir ez-Zor).
Operation of the Tishreen, Al-Uthmaniyah, and 17 Nisan pumping stations on lines exempt from rationing.
Contract for completion of the retaining wall for the Ain Al-Tanour spring (Homs).
Projects in Mahin (5 wells), Al-Bayada, Kafr Laha, and the Khalid Ibn Al-Walid Mosque garden.
Rehabilitation of the Beit Badour pumping station (Latakia) in cooperation with Oxfam.
Wastewater:
Treatment of large rainwater collection points in several governorates.
Replacement of sewage lines in Al-Qaboun and other locations in Damascus.
Rehabilitation of the marine overflow for the Corniche waterway in Latakia.
Rehabilitation of 3 treatment plants (Al-Ruwaimiya, Al-Hara, and Habit) in coordination with UNDP.
Rehabilitation work on the Khirbet al-Ma'za wastewater treatment plant (Tartous) commenced on January 7, 2026, in partnership with UNICEF.
Second: Electricity Sector
A plan to rehabilitate five main power generation stations was launched.
Smart control and metering systems were implemented in 12 distribution centers.
Fuel and gas allocations for power generation stations were increased by 20%.
Negotiations began with companies from China, India, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia for the supply of electrical equipment.
Investments totaling $3 billion were announced over three years.
Two solar power projects with a combined capacity of 50 MW were launched.
Third: Petroleum Sector
Three Memoranda of Understanding were signed with Arab and Asian companies to develop the oil and gas sector.
New oil shipments were secured to supply power plants.
Meetings were held with international companies (Petromal, UNIGAZ) to discuss investment opportunities.
Participation in the "SyriaPetro 7" International Petroleum, Energy, and Mineral Resources Exhibition in Damascus.
Fourth: Mining Sector
Meetings with Damascus University, salt and phosphate investors, and investment companies (Ten Energy, SVG, Al-Iksir).
Contract for the supply of 10,000 tons of phosphate to the Syrian Petroleum Company.
Intermediate-level GIS course + organizational structure review.
Providing the Ministry with information on phosphate reserves.
Phosphate Production Figures:
Produced: 22,000 tons per week.
Transported: 15,892 tons.
Available Stock: 551,107 tons.
Open landfill: 140,000 m³.
Total sales since the beginning of the year: 933,830 tons, valued at $52,029,139.90.
Shipments to Tartous and Hassia: 12,000 tons. Branches:
Hama: Removal of 662 tons of basalt + 789 tons of limestone + 1335 tons of Masyaf stone.
Damascus Countryside: Various sales (1738 m³ of limestone for cutting, 6792 m³ of quartz sand, 2573 tons of gypsum, etc.).
Tartous: Sales of 49.5 m³ of sandstone.
Latakia: Payments in US dollars + removal of accumulated materials.
Idlib, Homs, Deir ez-Zor: Field visits and processing of quarry license applications.
