The Ministry of Energy has officially signed Contract No. 1/2026 with "Al-Raed Establishment" to provide ongoing cleaning and organization services, along with all necessary supplies, for the main Ministry building in the Dummar Project, as well as its warehouses, guest apartment, parking garage, and surrounding gardens.
The contract was signed by H.E. Minister Eng. Mohammad Al-Bashir on behalf of the Ministry of Energy, and by General Manager Mr. Jihad Hassan on behalf of Al-Raed Establishment, for a total annual value of 7,560,000 New Syrian Pounds covering a full calendar year.

Comprehensive Scope of Work: Covers 15 above-ground floors, 3 basement levels, external facilities, sidewalks, and green spaces.
Quality & Safety Standards: Adherence to modern technical procedures, the use of health-safe materials, and advanced equipment to maintain high hygiene standards and a professional appearance.
Workforce & Safety: Deployment of a dedicated team (a minimum of 2 workers per floor alongside an on-site supervisor), with full adherence to occupational safety and social security requirements.
